The best adventure!! The boardwalks are fantastic, we found SO many lizards, frogs and even gators. This place is absolutely breathtaking.

Such a beautiful wildlife preserve that I highly recommend exploring if you have the chance! I went on a day where the ground was a little more wet, so I walked the trails by the rice plantation and was definitely not disappointed. It was a gorgeous day filled with sunshine and I was able to see two alligators and some baby gators as well! I also saw different birds / herons. The lady who was working was very kind to share some information about the alligators with me as well as the land itself. I am very happy I went and it was only $2!

Most of the trails are stroller friendly, but some of the smaller trails through the forest are not.
They are closed on Mondays.

There have been some down at Bear Island. I don’t know about Caw Caw. May check tomorrow
No motorized vehicles, no outside animals. Probably no animal vehicles
