PLEASE, always advise home owners and tenants, Not to sign any document with this company named (JOURNEYMEN RESTORATION EXPERTS) owned by JOSEPH VULPIS, also President at (DIVERSIFIED PUBLIC ADJUSTERS) they are SCAMS artists, all they are looking for is home owners (INSURANCE POLICY #) at the time of the disaster They will start offering a place to sleep like a HOTEL, cash for FOOD & CLOTHES. just to convince the victims and earn their trust, after that they will start RIPPING OFF the home insurance and get away with it, home owners be aware,.
