Real Estate Gladiators has been first rate to work with overall. They have been very responsive to every issue that we have had but my biggest complaint is that it is almost impossible to actually speak with someone. In our earlier interactions with the company, someone would actually call us back when we left a message or occasionally even answer the phone. That rarely happens now. The portal works well but sometimes it is really helpful to actually go over a situation with someone in person. It is very difficult to get a call back when you leave a message. We have been working with them since about 2014 and with the exception of this issue, have been very satisfied. .

I was a bit anxious looking for a property management group to represent my rental home. Lots of mixed reviews out there. My realtor recommended Real Estate Gladiators. Home run! I've found them to be the most professional and responsive which has set me at ease so I don't worry about the house. I think you'll find the same.

I have been renting a couple years at a property in Washington state they changed management on me once. Real Estate Gladiators was the second property management company. The worst experiences I’ve ever had with property management in my life. I warn you now. These people will come into your home unannounced while you are not there. They came in and left with my front door wide open. When I confronted them about the situation they completely denied and lied about it. My neighbor confirmed they saw them enter and leave the home. I filed a report with the police department on them. When I moved the management charged me the last month of my lease. This management company is foul. Definitely don’t recommend them!
