I’m coming up at the end of my first year living here and all I can say is. WOW. I’ve never had such great communication from ANYWHERE. Sonya (who handles the lease, tours, issues) is so patient and available at all times it feels for any questions or concerns. The gentleman who owns the buildings is super hands on and even came to fix my washer and dishwasher himself when it went down. Everything id beautiful and up to date. Rooms are spacious. The only thing it is lacking is storage honestly. Otherwise the parks are great and it’s dog friendly!

Best apartment experience ever! I've lived here at The Lake Apartments for more than 2 1/2 years now (one of the first to move in) and it is really the best apartment experience I've had. As someone pointed out, Sonya and the rest of the crew here make a huge difference. On the few occasions I've had any problems, they are quick to respond and address it. Any place can have issues, but how the management deals with it is so important. Units are modern (new... still building in fact) and the location in Monroe is convenient. Neighbors have been very courteous and even friendly. There are numerous security cameras in most areas of the property and the units and parking areas feel very secure. Assigned parking ensures that you'll always have consistent parking. Can't say enough good things about this place. I usually don't write reviews of much of anything unless I have an opinion worth sharing. Come check 'em out if you're looking for a new home!

I have only lived here for 3 months, have to move out because of a roommate situation. However, the property manager Sonya was extremely kind and helpful at all points of my experience, and went out of her way to accommodate me when I contacted her with questions or concerns. She is a HUGE + to my time being here, and is making my transition of moving out a breeze. 😌
