First time trying 5 guys and was excited about the experience given the amount of social and media coverage for it. I had nothing but disappointment of the food quality and prices. I asked (multiple times) to make sure our order is fresh and made to order and was ready to wait. The burgers and hotdogs were warm to cold and tasteless.. big disappointment... it was missing some of the toppings too so I had to pick the BBQ sauce. The bun of the hotdogs was cold and splitting .. it was more like a toast bread than hotdogs bun... and meat was warm or even cold. Fries quality was bad and cold. It was soggy and oily/greasy. Apparently they were sitting there for sometime and my request for fresh order was not honored. The prices are really higher than other competitors and given the experience I had, I cannot find a good reason for such high markup. Staff were really friendly but it seems they enjoy chatting with each other given the place was almost empty.

Not bad but soda machine is always out of ice and the store still utilizes poor air filtration. We were in there for ten minutes waiting for our order and smelled like grease. It was visually smokey in the restaurant.

Well I got a good burger until I got halfway into it and got stabed with a chunk of wood that stabbed me in the gums. Called and the manager told me that his district manager would call been a few days so now I thought I would let you all know that something is wrong they won't correct it or even make sure your alright.

I love Five Guys and am always happy when my wife suggests it. She does like it, just not as much as I do. We ordered our cheeseburgers, both the big two patty ones and one small fry to share. Then we had some of the free peanuts as we waited. The burgers were great as always and there were plenty of fries for both of us.
