I came to Dr. Zitser because I've had some issues my whole life, and my general doctor and my mom both recommended I see him as a Neurologist to see what we can do. Within the first appointment, he already identified what was going on with my biggest problem, and it was fixed with one medication which I now cannot live without! Over the last few months, he has been helping me fix the other issue and now I can function normally. I am very grateful because he is very direct. He hates misinformation, so when my mom has brought up hearsay, he instantly shuts it down and explains his knowledge. He has no problem telling me I need to do more or less if I want to see real improvements. There really isn't another doctor like that. You may find it rude, and that's fine, but I look forward to going there every time because he actually cares and actually knows his stuff.

Dr. Zitser is very knowledgeable, respectful and thorough. My son had terrible migraines for years and it only took one visit with the doctor to get them under control. My son's quality of life has improved tremendously and he always looks forward to his visits with the doctor because he trusts him and feels heard. He and his office were very helpful in securing authorization from the insurance for the medication and recommended a pharmacy as well. Sometimes the wait times in the waiting room or on the phone can be lengthy, but having worked in a doctor's office before, I know his office is not the only one that runs behind schedule and can get busy. Each case is different and the doctor takes his time with each patient. I hope the wait times on the phone can improve, but other than that I seriously recommend Dr. Zitser and his practice.

The worst experience I've ever had, the staff is very rude, not professional the wait time is 3 to 4 hours this is not the place for people that seeker medical care please do not go there

I have been treated with the upmost respect by his staff as well as the doctor. I can't understand why people are saying his staff is rude. I don't think his staff is rude but the people writing About his staff is rude. It's not first come first serve at any doctor's office.
