the doctor came in my room for less than a minute and left for 9 month baby visit. No one answers the phones. No on call to reach. Rude. It’s all awful. Pay the fees to go somewhere else.

If it is after hours you will have to go to urgent care or the ER. During clinic hours (0800-1700) you can call the appointment line to schedule an appointment.
The medical center is on Fort Drum. This clinic is primarily for family members of service members and retirees, but cannot be accessed by the general public.
