The best place for antiques. Every time I visit from Michigan I've got to go to lemon grove antique mall

I'm a new generation pinup and always look for 30's -50's bags, clothing, shoes etc.. Many years ago with my mother I bought a nice bag here when I was a kid and the women here were very kind. This time around after all these years, as an adult, I don't know what the issue was with these women. I was kind enough to stay out of everyone's way and used my manners. They greeted me once I came which was nice. After browsing I was on my way to wait in line and the same woman greeted me. I greeted back and started waiting in line to purchase a beautiful blouse and was going to ask about a beautiful bird cage I saw. $250 was not bad for the price of it, but no one really asked or stopped to help me. Clearly the blouse was in my hand and the 2 women there obviously saw me but didn't care to ask if I was ready. Even after saying hello to me they ignored me completely. I was really questioning if I did anything wrong. Decided to forgive it, told myself they're so busy they probably didn't notice me. After about a good 5 minutes, one of the customers actually had to tell one of the women that i was ready to check out despite them seeing I was standing in line AND despite one of the women already being behind the counter! As expected with these places I brought cash, but I took out my card out of habit and the woman at the desk just shook her head before I even got a chance to fix my mistake, the woman just said "No." Never telling me it was cash only as a reminder. Never saying cards aren't accepted. Nothing. She just said no and then after, told me the price of the blouse after. Not once did she even look at with me. I was obviously not wanted there for whatever reason. I gave the blouse to the woman, told her I had left my cash in the car and walked out. I will never go back.

Okay, at this very unique store i found two items that were a must have. When i buy just about anything my mind is always towards "can i sell it for a profit afterwords" if not i dont buy. But, tho i found these two treasures, i didnt find any old ceramic from waaay back that would be worth reselling, so most everything i wud call intimate memorabilia. But keep in mind that this place has a lot of items, the way i c it is the worth of these items is weighed on what the item means to the buyer.

They may not buy the furniture because the store is fairly packed already and large items may not fit, but the glass and the tea set would probably go fine!
