When we were looking for ways to maintain our homes fire place, we wanted to shop local. The reason being we purchased some fire pokers and equipment and found the paint was burning, as well nobody was giving us any advice. When we came to Monroe Fireplace, Inc we were happy and pleased with the knowledgable staff and the selection of goods. Although we weren't new to maintenance on a fireplace we were new to purchase equipment for our fire place. Although the prices were more expensive then the equipment we purchased from somewhere else that was smelly when used, our equipment got from here has stood the test of time. My kettle looks like it was from day one, my thermal fan has been kicking for years, and my pokers look just as they did when I bought them, even after very heavy use. If you've got a fire place and aren't sure where to go, I think this is an excellent place for you.

I highly recommend Monroe Fireplace. We have used their services before to replace parts on our old wood stove. The team there is always very friendly and helpful. We decided it was time to upgrade our old stove to a new more efficient one. Monroe Fireplace had exactly what we needed, they were able to help us determine the right stove for our needs and had several options to choose from with no pressure. Installation was done in a timely matter and not only did they care about keeping our home clean through the process, they made sure that the stove was symmetrically lined up and that it matched where I thought it should be. This outfit is great, we purchased a propane fire place six years ago and have had the service techs come out a few times over the years. Recently two of their services techs Luke and Anthony came out and did a great job taking care of us. They were very polite, professional and timely. They defiantly know their trade.
