So nice and helpful. Answered all my questions and I never felt any pressure to get something more than my budget. Lonnie was great! We purchased a vacuum but I would definitely use them for any service they provide.

Shoutout to Ben Franklin Crafts for recommending this place when I said I needed a walking foot for my sewing machine! When I called they checked right away in their stock and when I came by, the gentleman I worked with was so kind and helpful. He let me know he would be happy to help me get the walking foot on my machine working if I ran into any problems. I now have a go-to place for sewing machine needs!

Seriously the best customer service in helping me buy a new machine that fit my needs. They taught me how to thread it, all of the functions and about the brand I was switching over to. I would have never gotten all of this if I had bought a new machine online! Thank you so much guys! God Bless!

I don't know if they service those but it's a great shop with super nice owners. I just bought a new sewing machine from them and they matched the best price I could get on the same machine elsewhere. I like to shop local too.
They sell those vacuum cleaner so I'm assuming they probably have the bags to go with them
I suggest calling them to find out. Machines differ, so their prices might differ slightly for each brand. I thought the cost (I can't remember exactly how much $60-$70?) was very reasonable for my Janome service (with a problem to be fixed). The cost also depends on if you need any worn parts replaced, which they seem to have in stock. Many people take their machines there; last time, they had about 20-30 lined up, which is a good indication of their popularity.
