We received a call this morning that our sweet Golden Retriever that passed yesterday at 14 years old will be back in her home in the next 30 minutes. What a wonderful service during a difficult time. So much easier to have her brought to us than us going to them. I highly recommend using Faithful Companion.

I lost my fur baby too soon. I was calling placing to get information about having my pup cremated. Faithful Companions was the first place I called and they were so pleasant and loving. I knew right then they were the ones I could trust my baby with. They walked me through every step of the way and let my pup stay with me until I left. They treated my pup as if he was my child, which he is and it made it more comfortable for me. I was short on funds and they have a payment planned which helped me a lot!! I want to say THANK YOU a million times!!!!

I went here for my cousin Susan (original review by Adventures of Hoot and Woot The Dutch Bun) and you guys are truly amazing. We got her ashes the next day and it didn't take long at all. So many crying sessions until the final holds and kisses we gave Susan. She was special and you guys gave her special treatment. Me and my family are truly thankful for you guys. Bless you guys, because you are angels.

Yes. The facility is designed for families to take in their pet and be present for cremation
Hi Mike, That depends on which service option is selected. For a private cremation, where a pet is cremated entirely alone and returned home to the family in an urn, fees start around $200. The pet is picked up same day as the death, and returned home within 24 hours. We do have an option where several pets are cremated together and the remains are NOT returned back to the family, instead buried at a local pet cemetery. This service starts at $75. Hi Chris, Thank you for reaching out. Sometimes on evenings or weekends our phone line is forwarded to a team member's cell phone. It is our policy that any team member who forwards the line to their cell phone should have a personal Faithful Companion greeting recorded on their voicemail in case they miss a call.
