I have lived at the enclave for almost 3 years now. I have enjoyed it , been patient when you’ve been short staffed on your maintenance waited almost 10 days for a work order to be completed. Unfortunately coming home tonight and receiving a demand for rent( legal document) on my door on December 2, 2021, when my rent is due on December 3rd is unacceptable. I understand rent is due on December 1st , I have a three day grace period. I have always paid my rent on time for the last almost 3 years. Yes , Colorado laws are changing but maybe send out a friendly reminder that rent is due not a demand on my door. Being in the business, I always refer people here I definitely will think twice about that now.
