Communication is terrible. They charge the full deductible for any minor damage and do not provide invoices or receipts after multiple requests. We’ve worked with these guys for a few years and at first, the service and communication was good, but recently, the service has declined significantly. We will not use nor recommend these guys in the future.

Great inventory, great service, great staff! A bit pricier than U-Haul but I was in a pinch. Moving to PA and reserved a truck with U-Haul 3 weeks+ prior to needing it. 24hrs before picking it up U-Haul cancelled my reservation for lack of vehicles. Really poor customer service (U-Haul). Enterprise had what I needed and it worked out, just doubled my price because the U-Haul would have been a one-way instead of having to rent for multiple days to return here. Shout outs to Dan and Maddie for all their help and professionalism. Great location near Cicero and N. Syracuse right off of Rt. 81. I definitely will rent here first knowing they won't cancel at the last minute leaving me high and dry!
