I'm not sure what happened but this used to be my go to pizza place, not anymore. I ordered a pick up pepperoni, easiest pizza to make. Driver took my pizza but they didn't notice for 15 minutes, bad. They started a new pizza for me, good. Driver came back later and instead of giving me the fresh pizza they gave me the cold pizza from the delivery driver. I think it's time to shop elsewhere.

Best delivery pizza out there. Delicious crust and fresh ingredients. Their ranch will give you ranch dreams, and their salads are unique and full of hearty ingredients. A family staple for us all the way around.

Estimated time of delivery was 65 minutes, which I thought was rather long, but okay. 80 minutes into waiting I called to check, only to get a rather impatient, short, employee on the line. I felt like I was in the wrong for even calling and asking very politely. Mind you, this store is 12 minutes from our house. I have worked in the food industry, so I am patient and understanding…but only to a reasonable extent. *edit to add We called after 95 minutes and talked to one of the managers, Matt. He was incredible and having just walked into his shift, he handled the situation with understanding and urgency. I cannot praise his professionalism and costumer service skills enough!

We ordered Pizza for delivery After almost 2 hours of waiting for the delivery, we called the store. They informed us was almost there. Two minutes later the delivery guy came up, put the pizza down on the floor at the entryway doorway, then ran off without saying anything, despite my attempt to talk/ say thanks. Pretty confused what happened there but that was our experience!
