This store was very organized and clean and has a big selection of uniforms to pick from. However, upon entering the store there were 4 ladies behind the counter, not one of them recognized or greeted my daughter and I. The ladies were having a conversation that included offensive profanity which went right along with the music of choice being played. We were the only shoppers in the store at this time. I was not asked if I needed any assistance which was fine because I like to look and choose myself without pressure. I had picked four different pants to try on and had chosen 3 to keep. The one I chose not to keep, I placed hung on the wall and left the other three on the bench. Again, we were the only ones in the store. I went to look for a few tops to go with them and had to retrieve them with a hook myself (again, I am ok with this). One of the ladies then appeared and stated she would return the top to the upper hook, as if I could not do this myself. After asking if they carried tops in petite sizes, she stated they did not but showed me the tops that could be tucked in. Upon returning to the dressing room, the pants I chose were gone and I asked if she had taken them. She stated that she did and they had been returned to the racks. I said I was going to purchase those, however, she did not offer to have the other ladies retrieve them for me. At that point I told my daughter that we were just going to leave as I was upset that no further help was offered. Upon trying to exit, the doors were locked (store closed at 7pm and this was 3pm). One of the ladies came to let us out and stated the doors were locked because they were going to take their break. One would think the workers could alternate breaks so the store could stay open during advertised times. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store any time soon.
