Order placed 6-17-22, and still no word on its whereabouts! I've emailed customer service only to receive a robotic reply, not even answering my inquiry. Really wish the school didn't choose this company!! Update: Items were to be shipped 9-15 and guess what, I received an email saying they are still "delayed" with no new shipment date... Okay guys, I think you need to start refunding some percentages here. Ridiculous.

Horrible customer service!!! They take more customer and orders then they can handle with no customer service representatives to talk to when you call. It’s been 3 weeks, I’ve been forced to spend more money at uniforms at Walmart while awaiting uniforms I already paid for!!! Makes no sense !! ONLY GREEDY BUSINESSES BEHAVE IN SUCH MANNER !!!!!

My daughter and I went to buy school uniforms at Dennis Uniform. We had a great experience. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by an associate named Dashja. She was so helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. She knew exactly where everything was and how the different styles of uniform fit. She was super helpful and attentive. The Dennis Uniform store is very organized. Everything is labeled with school names and also by sizes. Wonderful experience! Had to go for a second time on 9/12/22 and Kenya helped me with an exchange and some other order that I had pending. She was very friendly and helped me with what I needed. The manager was also very helpful. Once again, I had great service :)
