I wasn’t greeted at the door when I arrived for my appointment. The stylist barely introduced herself and seemed inexperienced. The receptionist was in accommodating and rude. I left without service.

Yes we do. We call that service a beard trim. Our stylists uses their scissors and edgers, but no straight razor.
