So I really liked this place. I go with my wife occasionally for pedicures and have found that some places kind of rush through things on males. This place however had very nice people and did a really good job. My wife's nails also came out awesome.

What a horrific experience. I went for a full set and a pedicure. I was told the wait is about 30 minutes. I waited patiently, and when 45 minutes passed by, I asked the girl sitting at the front desk how much longer I had to wait. She just totally ignored me and walked away. Another 30 minutes passed by, and I was outraged. Everyone just ignored me and forgot that I was still waiting. When someone finally realizes they forgot about me, they don't apologize and direct me to my pedicure chair. The guy who did my pedicure was rushing and did not do a thorough job. I pointed out that he didn't do a thorough job. He just looked at me like he didn't understand English. The lady who did my manicure did not even trim any skin or push my cuticles back. I told her about trimming the cuticles. She ignored me. When I pointed out it again, she acted like don't even know what I was talking about. The dipping power I had done turned out horrible. None of my nails are shaped the same, and all my nails are different lengths. They don't listen and do whatever they want. They are rush and cut corners to get me out of the chair fast as possible. When I complained, I was told that I needed to go to another salon if I wanted better service. I will never go here again. Spend your money somewhere else that treats you as a customer.

I've been going here for quite some time now (about 18 months or so) the last 3 times I've had 1 person and every time he manages to mess up the simple design I asked for. He also over charges for everything. I pay quietly and hope for a different tech the next time. After being charged way to much for a design I didn't really want (cute, but not near what I asked for!) $70 for a full set and French tips he marked in as a custom design. I've had Steven actually DO a custom design and not charge that much! I always tip well for their services. This was just too far! Seriously will not return! I'll go across the street to Vista Nails and pay the same price (or less) for someone to listen to what I want! Only reason for 2 stars is because the other techs are fantastic! Just the one guy that sits directly behind the front desk lady.
