It 's just disgusting what disrespect and boorish attitude I 've encountered . I 've been waiting for my appointment with the doctor for more than two months . Then they called me a week before the appointment and just canceled my appointment with the doctor , just by voice message they told me that my appointment was canceled even without any apologies . I tried to call back for several days, left a voice message , no one answered the calls and my voice messages were simply ignored . On the day of my canceled appointment , the receptionist called me back . She also did not make any apologies , but rudely suggested that I wait another two months . During our conversation, she was also interrupted by extraneous conversations with other people, I had to wait for her. I am very upset by such disrespectful attitude . It is a pity that the doctor thinks that it is normal to treat patients so badly.

Lewiston office is rude. East Amherst welcomes you like you're checking into a 5 star hotel. Lewiston needs to learn customer service and not be judgmental.

Terrible front office. Took 2 months to get an appointment with the doctor a few days before they called and cancelled the appointment. Impossible to get a call back to reschedule. Go figure.
