This was my first time at this salon and I loved it so much! Hannah did an amazing job and my hair looks gorgeous! I have a high risk pregnancy and just needed help with a blowout. My hair is so clean and bouncy and I felt super safe and comfortable in the salon. I really appreciate that the stylists wear masks still and everything was spotless, so I just felt very calm going in. The salon is so pretty and the chairs are so comfy and sturdy too.

The owner is excessively rude, just look at all the responses to other ratings. Customer service is clearly not in her vocabulary. The actual services are decent, but the management is extremely poor. Book an appointment at your own risk. This establishment is a joke.

Salon Halcyon has been a great salon and I like going there a lot. All the staff there have been friendly, professional, on time, and the salon is kept extremely clean. I have been going there for over a year now and have had excellent experiences there. The stylists have done a great job cutting my hair and styling it afterward everytime I have come in for a haircut. I would also like to commend Salon Halcyon for still providing fantastic customer service and adjusting well during this Covid19 pandemic. I definitley plan to come back.

I went here to try and lighten my dark brown hair and asked for caramel brown highlights. After one wash, I now have white hair and it’s extremely damaged and breaking. I’m very dissatisfied and will not be returning.
