My family and I stayed at the Palisade Park apartment for a year, and we love this place. We love how the Palisade team are so welcoming. I highly recommend this apartment place. There were many apartments in the area that we could have chosen, but because of Karen's friendliness, energy, knowledge of the area and her professionalism; we had chosen this place. We are so glad we chose it! Karen would always greet us every time we saw her, she even took a moment out of her busy day to speak with us briefly and she even knew our names. That means a lot when they get to know the community and build a rapport. She truly makes every interaction personable. I love how she would send out emails regularly when there are reservations with the club house, food truck of the week, community get together, holiday competitions and even if something had happened to the community (only a few bike thefts, which happens everywhere). There's a security guard driving around often. Our neighbor had their bike under the stairs with no lock on it for a year and no one took it. No one had attempted to break into our garage or made an attempt to steal our bikes. We had left our bikes out on the patio too with no locks. It's a safe community. It's a family-oriented community, and the people are amazingly friendly. We got to know a few families in the community through the pool area. You will see people constantly walking around and it's a quiet community. I asked my neighbor if he could hear my son, and he couldn't. We didn't have any noise issue. The walls were pretty thick for an apartment. I can only hear people upstairs if they were stomping or dogs barking. (Which you can hear from having a house too.) But other than that, we had no noise problems. The place is well kept and clean. I would see both the maintenance guys (Phil and Seth) work very hard each day ensuring the area is well kept and nice. When it snowed, they would get that cleared asap even late at night. These guys definitely need a raise. I never seen anyone worked so early in the a.m. to late in the evening. (Very hard-working guys!) When I had a service issue; they had the issue resolved the next day. Truly amazing service. There is a beautiful park nearby that you can walk to. It is super close to the freeway and many shopping centers (Costco, King Scoopers, Denver Outlet Mall). (Denver Outlet mall has a LARGE outdoor playground your child will LOVE) They have great schools in the area. (Blackrock Elementary School or Highland Elementary School) If you are looking for a great community of people, great management, amazing Maintenace Services, close distances to shopping centers, wonderful schools for your little ones and closeness to the highway; choose this apartment! I highly recommend it!

Karen and Christina are such an amazing team, ever since we first applied they have always been there for any questions and concerns we have. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, our family just loves it here and we are so excited to start making memories at this amazing community. The team in this office is an example of great customer service.

Great staff make the difference here - Christina, Karen, Josh, and Phil are the best! The overall quality of the units is good, rarely hear any persistent noise from the neighbors. Good parking due to it being a smaller community. Excellent communication from the staff about when there will be food trucks, moving trucks, or construction nearby that could affect the residents. The maintenance team, Josh and Phil, are great, always timely and always responsive. Overall they really do care about your living experience, I have certain allergies/sensitivities to cleaning products and harsh chemicals and this staff has really done their best to accommodate whenever possible. Thank you!!

Palisade park apartments have been my favorite apartments to live in throughout my entire rental history. Colorado has few and far between complexes that are worth living in, and PP has lived up to my highest expectation. The homes and amenities are wonderful. Karen and Christina have been a joy to communicate with and are always helpful. The maintenance staff is also courteous and fast! They always fix any issues I have quickly and get it done well. I’m sad to be moving from this complex (but I work about 45 minutes away - so it no longer makes sense for me to live here). I highly recommend PP to anyone looking for a home in the area. You will love it!
