I never write bad reviews but unfortunately I felt it was necessary for this complex. The RockVue leasing office offered our apartment to another person without telling us and tried to kick us out in the middle of our lease… we had to fight it just to be able to stay. They double charged us every month for renters insurance and when we asked them to help they refused and said it wasn’t their problem, then after we moved out they reached out saying they never even documented our renters insurance and wanted to charge us again. It took them a month just to give us our keys. They tow people all the time, so you basically can’t have visitors. It was truly the worst apartment experience. We totally understand mistakes happen, but this was pretty bad and we’re just relieved to be moved out.

I have lived here for a year and so far the best apartment living experience ever since I moved to Colorado. Samantha is great at managing the place and they have newer spacious apartments. Communication is clear and everything is documented. They maintain the amenities properly and the place is at an excellent location. You cant go wrong with this place.

Nice apartment complex, good location, cute interior and clean. Had a wonderful experience Thanks to Samantha Hamilton, management, for making the transition moving in and out easy and comforting! She gives lots of extra care and reassurance for travel nurses with high anxiety! I couldn’t thank her enough!

Living here has been a good experience. Maintenance has been first class; fast and efficient. The workout facility has everything we need and is always open and uncrowded. And we especially appreciate the office staff. Samantha is a true professional who is cordial, polite, always willing to help out and is among the primary reasons we decided to renew our lease for another term. Highly recommend.
