Great customer service. We were helped by Hahn who was very friendly and funny, he definitely left us smiling throughout our experience ordering with him. Food came out fast and fresh. Overall great experience and we would come back when Hahn is working the counter!

The rest of the one star reviews are sadly 100% correct. AVOID going here at all costs! My workplace put in an order over an hour in advance, yet nobody at Popeyes had bothered to prepare our order. So when it came time to pickup nothing was ready. After waiting for the food, it was short SEVERAL items. We named and asked for the missing pieces, but the staff kept forgetting things. Even worse upon arriving back it is discovered we were still shorted sauces and beignets. Finally it’s worth noting that the food did not taste fresh, mine at least was room temperature, and was clearly not cooked fresh, despite us literally waiting for it to be prepared.

This is possibly the worst online service AND in store pick experience I have ever dealt with. We ordered online a fairly large meal and only received half of it with no prior notice. It took almost an hour to get the cold food we were handed. The sandwiches were prepackaged and not made to order so they were cold. The fries were cooked well before we got there, and there was only 4 pieces of our 12 piece chicken nuggets. They wrote on our box to let us know that they were out of half our order. We were missing pies, shrimp, nuggets and 2/3's of an order of tenders. They did not let us know beforehand that they were out of those items and the online app made no mention of it. Only a note on the box that we discovered after we picked it up. The store locked their doors early, and the manager was less than helpful and had an attitude. No recourse was taken as she said we would have to call back tomorrow. We did not receive a refund and one was never offered. I'd be happy to remove this review if we can come to a compromise on the lousey meal we received with a full or partial refund for the food that we did not get. Will update after speaking with the manager tomorrow.

For something that looked like it was going to taste at least a good four stars, my meal was bland and disappointing. This, however, had nothing to do with this location specifically. I feel as though Popeyes and it's quality has gone down the drain with no thought of return. The fries are just limp balls of mushed potatoes and grease. They special seasoning I used to look forward to us gone. I breathe in and my breath is greasy. Biscuits just dry up the inside of your mouth and taste like dough. It's not the same.
