I have lived here for 3.5 years and over the course of that time I’ve had a drastically different experience from when I first moved, compared to the new and current management/staff. We have multiple issues with our upstairs neighbor that haven't been resolved by the leasing office. We have continued to report all of this an exhausting amount of times (even with photo evidence), and the office has refused to help us find solace. Needless to say, despite my ongoing requests and dismissal of suggested solutions, nothing has been done. No one has consideration or empathy in this situation to present any solutions, especially having to work from home and having to be exposed to the situation daily. It's increasingly frustrating that we are left to our own devices to pay to live in a place that's uncomfortable. (This is not a reflection of the maintenance or groundskeeping crew.)

I am editing my review months later, because today my boyfriends car was stolen in broad daylight. Not only was his car stolen, so was another truck and another car broken into. Apparently, this happens every once and a while here. When we talked to management, they were super unhelpful. The property manager called us from a blocked number just so she wouldn't have to deal with the issue. There is NO SECURITY HERE AND THERE ARE NO CAMERAS. We are moving out tomorrow. Don't ever move here, there's better. Parking here is a huge problem. There's almost no free parking spaces and I asked to apply for one of the parking spaces you PAY for and I was told I had to wait about two months. All the while I have to walk about 10 minutes to my apartment every night. Doesn't matter if it's cold, raining (like right now) or what. Find an apartment complex with decent parking , especially if you have more than one car. My apartment is nice (but expensive).

This was a wonderful experience. I went there for a tour and the leasing agent Jesse Rodriguez was kind, helpful and an extreme pleasure to talk to. The property was amazingly well kept. I felt secure and safe the entire time, the energy was illustrious. I recommend anybody on the hunt for a new place to live at least visit this property it is definitely worth it.

Decent apartments, but a poorly maintained property. I spent a year paying for amenities (clubhouse with beer on Friday) and have never been able to use those. Most outdoor grills are broken without knobs. There are dead trees all over the property, many of which have fallen and have been laying for months. Mulch was never reapplied this year, leaving bare ground. There are a few perpetual mud pits, indicating leaks underground. Parking is a big problem. Way more apartments than parking spaces. Tenants have to rely on a city lot for parking, where vehicle break ins are frequent. Despite the lack of maintenance of the property and no clubhouse access, they raised my rent 7%. Ouch. I did renew because I like my neighbors.
