It has been 3 days and I cannot get a prescription filled. Each day I am given a task that must be completed by me the patient to get a prescription filled. Nothing is passed over from day-to-day from pharmacist to pharmacist. No follow up no follow through. Extremely poor

I was standing on line waiting to pick up my meds, I waited patiently for someone to come. A lady goes to the drop off … I hear I will rite with you … which I didn’t get! And she she got attended first! She is just as bad as the Pharmacist that was attending her …. She didn’t even say oh the lady at pick up was there first! And I must say this is a first at any Publix I’ve been too. Thank you David.
