Reading a few reviews, I'm convinced there are two Eye Florida offices in St. Cloud! The one getting negative responses & the one I go to. I've found Dr. Nguyen to be the best eye doctor ever! She & her staff go over pricing details specifically. Her staff is efficient and thorough. Yes, there is a long wait to see her: There are three different technicians/doctors to see & eye drops take time to dilate. Yes, she is expensive...she's the best in the area! You don't skimp on your eyes, people. They're the only ones you'll ever have! My aunt had an eye transplant but it was blind, so you can't trust that. You can trust this doctor to do the best for you! I have yet to pay one penny more than what she & she staff discuss with me. Do I care she does cosmetic sugery...yes! If my eyelids start drooping so my vision is impaired, I'll know where to go. And who to trust first.

horrible to ask for an appointment by phone very bad attention. If that's how it is by phone I don't want to imagine the care at the ophthalmology center

Worst place I have ever been to for eye care out of the 6 different providers I have had in different areas. Their technicians have no idea what they are doing, almost certain they did not give me a proper eye exam and gave me the wrong prescription. Waited an hour and a half for the doctor. Out of my many visits I was forced to come in for due to their negligence, I was told every time they do not have one person in there that could adjust the fitting on my glasses. Waited over a month for them to get back to me after calling 4 separate times regarding contacts and was declined after already wearing contacts for 8 years. Staff does not pass on the message when you call them they simply clock out for the day and forget about it. Do not go here unless you want to waste your time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Thank you Dr Nguyen for finding what was missed by other Doctors. What you did have potentially saved someone's site from going blind and health from declining. You are very thorough and precise at what you do. I appreciate you and I'm sure many do and will appreciate you as well. Ive since referred everyone I know to you and they are all happy. I should have done this review earlier. Please continue to be awesome

Cataract surgery are done at St Cloud Regional Medical Center and at Kissimmee Surgery Center. We accept most major commericial insurance plans including Aetna. Yes, Dr. Nguyen does eye exam for glaucoma and also treat glaucoma with eye medications, laser, or minimally-invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS). Please contact the office to schedule an appointment at 407-891-2010.

She then went on to the University of Hawaii School of Medicine for her medical degree and ophthalmology residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
