Product deliverance great. Horrid customer service to members of racial minorities. Customers that do not fit an accepted race, skin color or do not speak English as locals do will not be treated with respect. My perception is that this pharmacy's staff is not trained to service racial minorities using personal racial preferences at their workplace. I called and visited this location seven times and the treatment were equally repulsive. I instruct English, Spanish as my DoD certified proficiency in both languages is five: Primary fluency / bilingual proficiency meaning that the person is entirely fluent in a language with either nonexistent or barely recognizable accent. Yet, the pharmacy staff displays difficulties understanding.

I cannot begin to tell you how sincerely empathetic the pharmacist and staff technicians have been to me since I transferred all of my prescriptions from Walgreens to Publix. As of November 14 I had an incident with a medication that is controlled. It had been causing me problems for months… on antibiotic after antibiotic since June. Only one time did I receive the manufacturer that I was used to and I had no issues prior. He recognize that and realized I’ve been on this manufacture for months. Miguel, the pharmacist told me he put me on his priority to call PUBLIX and have them change the manufacture if he was able. I waited a long time to say anything because of what past Pharmacy’s have treated me, started with a W. As tears run down my face I was telling him how sincerely thankful I was that he took me completely serious! Just saying the name people stare. Hey I’m on it for a reason! Unfortunately people judge others without knowing any history of that person. Living with Crohn’s disease, polycythemia vera, and diabetes, it is what it is and I’m still here!… I have learned to control and live my life. Having these little hiccups are a part of life, it’s just nice to have people understand than to judge once and a while! Miguel at Publix at Narcoossee Shoppes is top-notch and completely totally awesome. Same goes for the other pharmacist’s Not only him, but the other pharmacist and pharmacy technicians. I knew there was a reason why transfer back to Publix after so many years, I worked with Publix for about 10 years. It takes good staff and Management to keeps guests coming back. Sincerely thanks again! Ken West

Worst pharmacy ever. Don’t bother with the drive thru. It takes 20 minutes per car.
