This is our view! BLDR 1 MOVED IN JANUARY 1ST 2020! NEEDED HELP 😢 I WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR OVER A WEEK! MOVED HERE SPECIFICALLY FOR HELP!! POOL, GYM, 4TH FLOOR DUE TO VIEWS AND LOSING MY BELOVED HOME, BUT MANILY FOR MY BACK SURGERY REPAIR. Then COVID ALL THINGS CAME TO A HOLT!!!!!!!!! THE COMPLEX WAS GREAT! NOW........ I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! AND I JUST FOUND OUT WE HAVE "NEW" MANAGENT! I'M NOT SURE HOW MANY OF US ARE LEFT.

I've generally had a good experience at Cortland Broomfield, but recently construction noise has become a significant issue (in early 2022), causing me to move out. The apartments let in a lot of sound, especially through the windows. There have been several times where I've checked to see if I left a window open, since I can clearly hear conversations on the sidewalk or other noise. I occasionally hear neighbors too, but it seems people are generally being respectful about not being too loud. The noise was fine until recently when all open land around the community has gone under construction. For my south-facing unit, there is construction 6 days a week, 10 hours a day. I work from home, so I resort to wearing earbuds constantly to block out all the noise. Unfortunately, I don't think the rent prices and increases set by the Cortland corporate team reflect this nuisance, so the rent is no longer the good value it was when I moved in. I will say I have had only great experiences with the team here on site (as have most other reviewers), but these issues are out of their control. I would urge to be careful to consider the construction when selecting an apartment in the short term, and hopefully it's back to a nice, quiet community soon.

I have lived at Cortland Broomfield for the past 3 years now, and have to say that out of living in apartment complexes, this is top notch. I really enjoyed the staff there, especially Melina, even when we had to break our lease because of my husbands job transfer. Melina worked with us through the whole process and remained in contact with us. The units are very nice, and I never had an issue with appliances or other maintenance within my unit. Great community, location, and units. Would highly recommend. We will miss you all!

This community is amazing! From the location to the amenities to the clean and cozy apartments, this place is top notch. As a bonus, the staff couldn't be nicer! They respond quickly to any issues or requests for service, they are very friendly and they will make sure you are taken care of. I worked with Alyssa prior to our move here and she was extremely helpful and got me into the perfect unit for my needs. Melina and Jessica are the everyday friendly faces that always go above and beyond. Sara... she runs it all and she does it with a big smile! So kind and super responsive to anything you need. Kyle, Tim and Vince are the boots on ground and they handle all service requests. Very friendly community and staff and I couldn't recommend this place more. If you are considering this apartment complex as your next home, you can stop your search because you've found the perfect place!
