Cortland has been a great home for us over the past 2 years. Staff is professional and very friendly. It is a well kept community and maintenance requests are completed quickly. It is a safe and quiet area, and there is a sense of community among residents. Location is also great--cross the street and you're at Walmart/Flatirons Crossing (mall).

After a negative apartment experience in 2020, my partner and I made a list of over 50 apartment complexes in the Denver Metro area and set off on a quest to find our next home. We had a really specific list of thing we wanted, and after such a negative experience in our last place, we were being really picky. When we arrived at Cortland at Coalton for our tour, we knew almost immediately that this would be our next home. Austin was amazing right from the beginning! He answered all of our questions, seemed to really care that we ended up somewhere we loved, and was just super kind and intentional. We moved here last summer and couldn't be happier! Austin is now someone we really look forward to seeing when we walk our pup over to the office, as well as the rest of the staff! They put on some really fun events and are always working to make our community feel like home. I seriously could not recommend this place more!

Moving across the country is very difficult, but the staff at Cortland at Coalton were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Because of that, the move in process was easy and fast. The apartments are high quality and the amenities are stellar. All of the staff here are super helpful and do a wonderful job. I've never had an issue that wasn't promptly dealt with when I brought it up. Love it here!

Melina and Austin have been amazing! I moved across the country a couple of months ago and they have made my transition very smooth and comfortable. They not only have made me feel welcome to the state of Colorado, but also have made me feel apart of the community. I could not ask for better customer service.
