The maintenance in this apartment is a big joke. If you have any issues, and requested it to be fixed, be ready to wait at least a month and even more. They will throw every excuse in this world to cover their lousy act. The apartment looks beautiful at first (how we fell for it), just pray that you don’t have issue with anything inside the apartment because it will never get fixed. ( you need to be very patient to wait for something to be fixed for, which you might need every day). Requested the management to fix the microwave for a month now. No follow-up from their side, call multiple times until they send a person that too not a guarantee that it gets fixed the same day or the same week ⚠️⚠️

One word: BEDBUGS!!!!! I got bedbugs immediately after moving in. The complex refuses to treat for them. The woodwork in the bathrooms are permeated by urine from the previous tenants. There are giant holes in the walls. The refrigerator is falling apart. The carpet was just stapled down and treated with a chemical that burns my eyes. Living here is like a nightmare that I can’t wake up from! I don’t care how much it costs to break the lease, I’m moving!!!

I've lived here for two years and still intend on renewing my lease. These people are great, the rent is reasonable, and the area is decent. My only two complaints are there's not enough dog poop stations and *in the pandemic* maintenance has been a little slow on some things. Can't really blame them, it's a hard time for us all.

I have only lived here a short time but in this short time I have already realized that these people care about their tenants. This is the first apartment my family has ever lived in. We relocated to Topeka from Springfield, MO and we have always lived in our own home. I was very skeptical about living in an apartment but the people here have made it very easy, they are friendly to us and very welcoming. The management here is amazing and ANY issues you have they quickly address. I am very surprised by how professional and understanding they are. I would recommend this place to anyone.
