I lived here a year, April 2021-May 2022. It was one of the best affordable places to live in Topeka. The ladies in the office always answered my questions, and informed me of what was going on around the place. I know the maintenance was good because it seemed like they were always working on the building, but I always had warm water for showers, and electricity. They had a little bit of a bug problem start in the winter, but they attacked it right away and hired pest control, I didn’t see but a couple bugs personally. Just like any other apartments you have some neighbors that keep to them selves and some that are loud and obnoxious, but there wasn’t any huge problems while I was there.

Lived here Dec 2019 to Dec 2020. My place was quiet not a crime area. Only problems I had was maintenance was really bad about fixing things or being helpful. My whole apartment and entrance flooded. All they did was give me fan to dry up all the water. Second problem would definitely be parking. Good area cheap not bad place to be.

My daughter and her friend moved in August 16th 2019. It has currently been a month that they have lived there without central air conditioning with no reason why. Contacting management and maintenance on a daily and weekly basis hasn't gotten them anywhere with the issue. They did bring in a window unit to hold off until they can get it fixed, but the lack of communication of when or if they will is ridiculous! Not to mention they have also complained about a water leak coming from apartment above them that is leaving a hole in their ceiling that hasn't been fixed as well.

The people work at the office are not honest. They promise to fix my apartment, and that never happened yet. It's been more than a month and I'm still waiting for them!
