No, there is a leak in 3716 into the hallway & 3720 has mold all throughout the building because of water leaking. They say it's on their worklist but we've been here almost 2 years & still nothing. New management is worse than before. All they care about is extra fees & money.
If you're talking about the laundry room in 3704, no... Its technically our tub I think. Our shower knobs were broken and the new management came and fixed them as soon as i made them aware of it but I am pretty sure its still leaking to the laundry unit below... We are moving next week so hopefully they will get that fixed while the unit is empty
