I have lived here for over a year. Soon as I moved in realized the basement has a sewage leak. Notified them immediately, it's been over a year still refuse to fix!! Just keep telling they will be back but NEVER do. That and the terrible cockroach problem that they keep telling me they will spray every 2 weeks till problem is fixed. Never happened I've called almost every day with no return calls. I have woke up to cockroach on me a few times. This place is absolutely Horrible!! Want out of my lease but can't get ahold of anyone! O and my fridge is busted up they literally painted it white shelves broken and no dishwasher for the past year bc they refuse to do anything about that either!
