Jonah at the Topeka, KS Belle Ave location was incredibly helpful in July 1, 2022. I called in with account questions and he knew exactly what the issue was, got things resolved, checked all accounts to make sure if they showed the same problem that they were corrected as well... And even refunded service fees without having to be asked. He was so friendly and professional. I was blessed to have his assistance! ❤️

Hi Tyler! Our drive thru's are open 9a-1p on Saturdays. We don't typically have a loan officer in office on Saturdays, but can definitely get you started with an application or you can always apply online and we can do most of the process over the phone to make it easy.
My experience with most lenders is that it can be difficult to change due dates. Ask youe banker. Alternative may be to cave your pannies and make an extra paymrent one month then you can pay monthly whenever. However you would have t i see if an early paymant can be used that way. A ometines they automatically are just applied to rhe principal no matter what. I know sometimes it is intimidating to talk to tour lender, because we are all just guessing.
