Sharing a document that has over 20+ complaints that the attorney general is investigating but the BSRB (which includes the CEO of the mental health association) finds nothing wrong? Including an LCMFT fraudulently billing for a funeral he never even attended. Odd..thanks for nothing. His name was Andrew Thomas Iverson Jr. But we called him A.J.. he should still be alive. No amount of sweeping under the rug will cover my brother up.

Applied for the LPC in July 2020 and had no guidance from BSRB staffers unless I called and dug. Had 10 voicemails and emails that were never returned - ended up having to go to the Executive Director. If you're applying for the LPC here with schoolwork that is non-accredited, expect to wait at least 6 months to hear anything back. In comparison to their neighboring state MO, I heard back in 2 months even with COVID. COVID is not a reason to treat individuals like they have no life and to act unprofessionally in not answering emails or voicemails.
