No.. depending on the walmart .. customer service hours for returns are 7 am to 10 pm.. must be writhing 90 days and many departments won't return without a reciept.. such as HBA electronics cosmetics and other high priced and high theft areas

I believe if you call the store directly around Thanksgiving each year, they can inform you when the Black Friday ads are available.
