Calling Customer Service is best answer; however, wait time on phone can be indefinite. I think they call it a "money center" to deter customers from thinking it's a branch of any specific local bank (even though it is) so customers will use it anyway; I think there's a nominal transaction fee for customers not associated with that bank. I also think the "money center" hours are quite liberal, extending beyond regular banking hours to accommodate customers already in the store . . . I may be wrong about that, though. I think the ATM is available 24 hours/day, but it is definitely tied to a specific bank, & therefore transaction fees are added on if you don't have an account with that bank.
