I have lived here for the past 9 years. There have been 2 different owners of this property. There have deffinetly been some issues and some have been serious. For several years we have not had an office on property and I believe that this has been a big part of our issues. Within the last couple of weeks an office has been opened up on property and it has already making a noticeable difference.! It is nice having staff on property that cares.

It’s affordable. Great tenants that look out for each other. However they take forever to get your apartment ready. They said they were needing to clean and steam clean the carpet, but it was dirty when we moved in so we steamed it ourself. There is a chick in the main office at prairie town that clearly hates her job bc she doesn’t show one ounce of concern about the tenants she serves.
