The upstairs adult only area was full of kids all the time. No adult with them. Running, throwing food at people downstairs. No employees to be found. The person working the party room was great. She clearly had a lot to handle between the parties she was working. Pizza was not bad.

Yes, on the back side that faces the movie theater, you park on the lower level. The entrance has Victoria's Secret right there, below the food court. You do NOT enter the mall to get in.
