I was forced to drop my membership at the gym when Covid first started, because I have a family member with cancer. Every thing was fine, until yesterday. A collection agency told me they were trying to collect money from Crunch. They said it was four annual fees. I thought this was strange because I had first put my membership on hold and after months I decided to drop it. I went in and told a young man at the desk what I what'd to do. He said that was fine and didn't tell me I needed to sign any papers. I think it is sad that they are trying to punish me for their staff not knowing the rules. I talk with management about my situation. They have agreed to take me out of collections and end my enrollment. So I switch my ratings from a one to a five. I never had an issue with them until this problem and they handled it. Thanks Crunch Fitness,

I changed from Crunch to greatlife If you play golf greatlife is a better deal if you get the all play package. The gyms aren't as nice but still adequate. Golf on any of their courses and swim in any of their pools.
