The staff are so friendly and it is operated by reservation system, so I was able to finish it really quickly.

I had an appointment scheduled, when I walked in and there was no room to even stand! The computer system was downI waited forty-five minutes for it to come back up. I'm currently still here, system has been back up for about half an hour, they have yet to call any number beginning with N... the last one was called prior to the system going down. I am standing next to 3 other people who have numbers that begin with the letter N. Getting a little perturbed. If I didn't HAVE to stay, I would come back another day. If you have any business that needs to be done at DMV and you are from the Syracuse area, I would suggest taking the drive to the Fulton, NY or the Pulaski, NY locations. You are ALWAYS in and out at those locations.

3 hours to change my license to in state. My daughter's aunt came in an hour after I did to, amongst other things, Changed her license, she was out in 30 minutes. When I questioned the lady at the front desk, she gave MANY made up excuses and when that didn't work she made up one more about some folks were not trained. I decided not to mention the roamer. But I feel if it really was first come first serve as she said, I should have been out before 20 other people.

This is not a pleasant experience, be prepared to wait. There are 17 windows and only 4 people working them. Standing room only at 1:30 in the afternoon. I have never come here and not waited less than 45 minutes. There must be a better way!
