I went here for a COVID-19 test because I had a few symptoms, and the practitioner Cerina gave me a flu test as well. I was negative for both, but she continued to give me an exam and found I had an ear infection and sinus infection. She was the best practitioner I’ve ever been to, even including at the hospital. She was extremely patient and understanding when I tried to get ahold of my guardian, and she even worked with us to do math to find out when my dad was born! I also appreciate that she recommended natural aids too, instead of just all prescription meds. I recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone who feels they need to be examined.

Arrived 15 minutes prior to close for a sick child. Was told that they were already cleaning up for the night. I asked if they could please see her, I was unable to be seen at any of the other urgent cares. Doctor said the computer was already shut down so she couldn’t help. I work in healthcare myself. I would never turn away a patient that was standing in front of me asking for help. I will never go back.

You need to check with the VA for treatment to be authorized at civilian convenience care clinics. VA MISSION Act: top questions answered. If you put this in any search engine like Google it should take you to the va blogs to answer questions. They will give authorization, we call a number and you can get care from us at minute clinic. I am retired military and I work for minute clinics. DO NOT come for life, limb, eye sight, broken bones, bad sprain. We can't do not have capacity to draw labs do xrays etc. We are not an ER or Urgent care facility. Generally what you go to your doctor for we can handle. We don't do narcotic or refill them. Hope this helps.
No but a good idea. You will still wait however.
Yes. TB tests are $35 to place and $30 to read. Unfortunately, insurance doesn't cover them so they're just an out of pocket expense. You can make an appointment at minuteclinic.com which will help you get in and out quickly.
If the provider determines that an antibiotic is needed, yes, they have the ability to prescribe one.

Most Medicaid plans will work with minute clinic, but a few won't. It's best to call your insurance provider and check.
