Acceptable wait times - intake staff are friendly and interested in helping; saw a good Doc that was very helpful; after-care instructions super clear. Also got a follow-up call the next morning. Probably the best urgent care experience I've had.

I went in with an embarrassing situation. The nurse and doctor made me so comfortable. In fact we were cracking up by the end of my splinter removal! They went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend this place!

I wanted to write a review because I saw so much negativity, but I had a great experience here with Lucas Keck while dealing with a massive panic attack. I felt heard and supported and was given very helpful instructions that have helped me on a daily basis since. I haven’t felt as seen or heard at a doctors office in 18 years of anxiety.

Everyone was very kind, efficient, listened to what my needs were and treated me with respect. They were organized, patient and helpful when I struggled with online registration. From reception to xray tech to Physician's Asst. were all 5 stars. The only reason I did not give "the establishment" five stars was a three hour wait that I feel would be remedied with another branch opening but they explained the wait time when I first came in and gave me the choice to stay or go and come back. They deal with that issue very well also. Thank you to all the hard working staff there. You are appreciated.
