I did not have to wait when I arrived for my appointment, was thoroughly checked by my student doctor and the overseeing doctor and I feel I was very well taken care of. Very satisfied!

I was impressed from the time I entered and was kindly met at the desk. I kindly had many instruments used. The university students were kind. The doctor came and asked many good questions. I was given the results of the exam and the professional advice. I was impressed by the whole process.

Thorough, professional and a very wonderful asset to living in Bloomington!

Dr Jedlicka is the best opthalmologist I've ever had! He was great at helping me get the right pair of RGP contact lenses! Didn't realize this until I had to move back home and it's impossible to find someone as skilled as him!

If you already have the glasses then I would walk in... If you are needing to look for frame's then do an appt. They are recommending that you make an appointment for a glass fitting per covid-19 and because they have been super busy. Yet last week I just walked in and it wasn't busy and got my glasses fitted but had them already in hand from their office. It's your choice. The other part with the advantage vision thing might be a question they can answer. There are a lot of new students working there since it's a teaching School of the optometry so it's a hit or miss on getting that anserwed by the glass division. Either way after Or before your fitting they will send you either upstairs to get that answered I kept calling to make an appt yet no one would get back with me hence me just walking in.
I am an older adult with eye turns and other vision issues. There's a significant time commitment if you want vision therapy. Please schedule a consultation there; they will give you an honest assessment. They are helpful and thorough.
It is a teaching clinic, so most of the staff are optometry students doing their final practicum. I believe one of the doctors is Dr. Lions.
