Would recommend proceeding with caution before applying to live here. We have had noise issues where our neighbors are consistently screaming and potentially unsafe domestic issues occurring right next door. We have asked the management repeatedly to help seek resolution to this issue, however after one month of dealing with this, have not heard a single thing from the on-site manager or overall management about any resolution. We have now had to escalate this to the housing department. We are concerned for our safety living here, and for those applying to the unit that is available now, would recommend thinking twice as this is right next to an extremely uncomfortable situation.

We fix most issues quickly by using our own skilled in-house maintenance team. Maintenance requests can be made in a number of ways. Most residents seem to prefer making requests online, through the Resident Portal on our website, where you can request and track all requests. You can also call, text, or email the building manager and they will be happy to create your service request for you!
We generally reserve on-site tours for when we have vacancies either ready or almost ready to rent. Please check our website for vacancies. We have a convenient self-scheduler for tours wherein you can independently select any time that works for you and then meet our manager there on-site. And, of course, you’re always more than welcome to call or email, any time. You can also see our property and time with 3D tours, photos, and even a video of the property on our property website.
If you’re ready to apply now, the easiest way to apply for a vacant apartment is to use our online application form, found by clicking “Apply Now” on our property website. We accept online payments, both manually and automatically, through our Resident Portal website. Residents can pay using any of ACH, Debit Card, or Credit Cards. We also accept rent payments in any of: Check, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check.
There is electric car charging available right at the building, in assigned resident-only parking spots. While availability permits, we would be happy to assign you one of these spots.
We have a beautiful on-site gym with treadmills, weight machines, mirrored wall, and free weights!
We have central air conditioning and heat in all units.
We allow both dogs and cats. We welcome most breeds, with some weight restrictions. If in doubt, please ask, and we'll be happy to chat with you about your pet!
