I have lived in this wonderful community for six years now, and I could not recommend it more highly. Our leasing manager Kandi Briggs is incredible! She is kind and responsive and caring—as well as being a wonderful neighbor! Our maintenance magician, Paul, does fantastic work and is always at the ready to help. I really love this property!

I absolutely love this apartment complex. I been living in the same apartment for almost 6 years and I don’t plan to leave anytime soon. The property is safe and clean. The staff and manager Kandy are so kind and always around. The gym is amazing too!

Extremely unprofessional team. I called and was able to make an appointment for a virtual tour and when the day came I got no call. I tried calling all day the following day and finally got a hold of Candy who was the same person who had set the appointment for the tour, I reminded her of the appointment we had and how she never called me and she apologized and said she would call in 5 minutes to give me the virtual tour then and then NEVER CALLED BACK...AGAIN. I kept calling numerous times again but no one seemed to ever pick up. It should NOT be that hard to get a hold of a leasing office. Can’t believe this place even has a decent rating on here.

I’ve moved here about two months ago and I have absolutely no complaints until now. Place is quiet, people are friendly and the management is helpful and nice to people.
