I love how pretty this building is! The staff is so friendly!

One of the valet workers here is very rude and doesn't know how to properly speak to people.

It is wonderful location that houses the most accomplished, inspired worldly, and interesting community of people that because people come from all over the world being a part of it has created a global support system and one of the most beneficial cultures 🙏

BEWARE ! First off I’ll have to say the building itself is an amazing place, great experience living there. BUT !!! Know what you’re getting in to before you do. I’ll start of from saying no one that goes on and lives here is a beggar, and 5-10k stolen won’t leave us without food on the table, but it is very annoying and a daylight robbery so I had to share this here ! If you’re looking to get your deposit stolen that’s the perfect place to get it done. Been waiting for my deposit back for weeks, suddenly after 3 weeks when you’re supposed to get your deposit back they send you an email for repair deductions, jacking up the prices big time. Trying to call and email them to understand what’s happening and there is 0 response, when trying to reach someone on the phone it takes a week or two, getting a voicemail all the time. Giving you the run around. Jillian the person thats in-charge of this field has horrible responsiveness and communication awareness. Practically talking to a wall. When asking them for receipts for repairs they just ignore your emails and no one calls you back (although it’s required by law). Long story short here we are a month after I moved out and STILL DIDN’T GET MY DEPOSIT BACK ! Will be definitely involving attorney in the situation. BEWARE !

They out source management to improve company focus and to reduce/control operational costs. There is a proper screening process for everyone that works for the building including deliveries made by outside restaurants. Not just anyone gets to walk in and if they do, they won't get much further than the front desk.
You can find a much faster answer by contacting the leasing department directly since they don't publicly post their prices. You have to inquire within.
Can range from $9,000 to $35,000 a month and even higher for the penthouse suite. Depending on which room you go with.
If you contact the leasing department, you will receive a much more prompt answer with more details. Rather than asking Google. Yes. Yes you can
