Setting up your appointment online is the best way, as it will tell you how long of a wait there will be. Be sure you show up before your appointed time or you will be skipped and have to reschedule and wait longer, if they call your name and your not their. You can also drop in and set up your appointment on their computer, inside cvs.
No... But it is less of a wait time if you have one. You should be able to get an appointment on the website if you choose to do so.
