We started having issues with them the end of February 2022. They continuously ignore emails, texts and calls of concern for my dogs open incision. If I get a response its usually days later. Also have had them call and ask what's going on with this or that? And its never about what I called or emailed about and they say oh well whats the problem and let me go read his file.. You would think they would've already done that before calling. They never give us a direct answer as to why after two different surgeries it's still an open incision? He's been in 3 different times for this since his original surgery. Too much time and money has gone by for him not to be healed and healthy by now...

They're taking great care of our 2 furbabies. The vets there are very caring and come up with great plans needed for each dog. The vet techs are wonderful with them. Passing the puppy around to get lots of attention which also helps with socializing. They are familiar with taking care of trucker dogs so they are being extra attentive to our puppy and recommending extra vaccines to help keep him healthy on his travels.
