Overcharged by several hundreds of dollars after incorrectly completely paperwork. Yes, i the customer should have caught it right there but I didn’t. However, the employee should know how to complete paperwork. Maybe if your helping a customer you shouldn’t be answering the phone to help someone on there or helping the employee next to you when there’s employees who are not busy. Also, if you try calling they just don’t answer and unplug their phones.

Very little wait. Drove from Columbia to get the new Real ID because the ones in Columbia are super slow. Always friendly service when in there too. Just stay away on Thursdays, all the teens are in there to get their driver's licenses.

Amazing customer service from Krystn and Sherry! This was posted 1 year ago. I hate that I have to go back to this place. I’ve always had the best customer service from Sherry, Krystn and the other lady who worked here. For the last year, we’ve been trying to get a title for a car, have went through all the paper work needed, the MHP, everything. Each time I’ve had to call and ask questions, we were respected, questions answered, paper work was followed up on, we were called back within 24/48 hours, it’s been a long process. Our tags are due on the car at the end of this month. I literally called in May/possibly June and was told that our paperwork was being worked on (the JC office was working February stuff then) I was asked to call back in 4 weeks. I called today, and Jennifer, the person I spoke with, was rude, inconsiderate and very unprofessional! I was told she would NOT give me any information regarding the title because it was in my husbands name. I have literally been the person to bring in all documentation, spoke with them on every occasion and wrote all the checks. I was trying to find out, what we’re supposed to do since the title is still being processed, but she was SO RUDE, I couldn’t even get to that point. I guess when I do HAVE to go back, I’ll go when she’s NOT working. Very, VERY DISAPPOINTED! BOONVILLE is so much better than this!

Something with the sale price, checkbook, maybe proof of insurance and possibly property tax receipt. Usually, if you bought it from a dealership, they will let you know what all you need. My philosophy is to take more than I think I need so I don't have to make two trips. You could also call the license bureau. They're in the phone book or look them up on line.
